River Region Runners
Welcome to the River Region Runners (R3). Formerly the Montgomery Track and Running Club, the organization has expanded to include the entire River Region of Millbrook, Montgomery, Prattville and Wetumpka.
Join River Region Runners for the November Pub Run!
The R3 November Pub Run will be held from Common Bond Brewers (424 Bibb St.) on Thursday, November 6th with a 6 PM start. The 5K ish run will be a marked route around downtown Montgomery. As we will have “fallen back”, please remember to don your nighttime running attire, light and/or reflective vests. After the run, we will enjoy the libations at Common Bond Brewers and the fare at Bibb St. Pizza!

- R3 members walked and ran 58,493.37 miles
- 29 of our members reported 1,000+ miles
- 10 of those folks are new to the 1,000-mile club and earned R3 jackets
