River Region Runners
Welcome to the River Region Runners (R3). Formerly the Montgomery Track and Running Club, the organization has expanded to include the entire River Region of Millbrook, Montgomery, Prattville and Wetumpka.
Join the River Region Runners, Thursday October 23rd at 6:00 pm for the Eliza Ghost Chase!
This 5K fun run starts and ends at the Alley Tower on Tallapoosa Street. We will be chasing the ghost of Eliza Lucas. We will run by the Lucas Tavern on N Hull Street, home of the ghost of Eliza Lucas, and we may actually see the real ghost as we pass!
After the run, join us for a costume contest; so wear those costumes! Best costume worn by a gentleman and a lady will each get a prize.
The Tower Tap Room is close by for those who want to have a brew and/or food after all the festivities.
This event is open to everyone !

- R3 members walked and ran 58,493.37 miles
- 29 of our members reported 1,000+ miles
- 10 of those folks are new to the 1,000-mile club and earned R3 jackets
